Introduction
We just moved to Atlanta and I would love to get to know other women who have birthed at home.
Have you given birth at home? With a midwife or without?
Yes, I have 2 sons who were born at home. My 2 year old was born with a doula (accidently at home) and it was such a great experience, we had our 2nd son at home with a midwife.
What would you like to discuss at meetings?
I would like to find a good midwife here in town.
Are you a childbirth professional?
No
What do you have to offer this group? What would you like to get from it?
I had two very wonderful and special experiences with home birth. I would love to share my stories with other women and encourage them if they choose to birth at home.
What is your most profound birth memory?
Looking at my son's face for the first time and realizing that this was for real - I had a son.
