Introduction
We are going to be doing a home birth for our first child (EDD 6/2/08). Very interested in meeting with others who have or will be doing the same. We've read quite a bit, but it's certainly nothing compared to talking with others.
Have you given birth at home? With a midwife or without?
No.
What would you like to discuss at meetings?
I'm not sure there's a limit to what we would like to discuss concerning the topic. We are hoping to using hypnotherapy and water birthing, so they would definitely be things we would like to touch upon.
Are you a childbirth professional?
No.
What do you have to offer this group? What would you like to get from it?
As this is our first child, we can bring what we learn along the way through our midwife and educating ourselves. We would like to receive others thoughts, input, experiences, hopes/fears, etc. Can offer and would like to receive support.
